Syukri bin Abdul Majid is a degree holder in Accounting from University Technology MARA (UiTM).
He is currently the Managing Director of CALIPH MANAGEMENT SERVICES SDN. BHD., which provide corporate secretarial practices and financial and management consulting.
He has over 7 years of practical experience in diversified industries and is exposed to financial accounting, financial management, corporate secretarial practices and general administration.

Zuhrin bin Ahmad graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons), has been in the professional practice and has 9 year exprecience in taxation consultancy and accounting. He is currently the Accounts Manager for CALIPH MANAGEMENT SERVICES SDN. BHD.
He is presently a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants as a Chartered Accountant.
ZAHIRUDIN BIN YAHYA

Zahirudin bin Yahya holds Honours Degree in Accounting from University Utara Malaysia (UUM) with various exposure in accounting for trading , manufacturing and construction industries just to name a few. He has 10 years experiences in auditing and accounting and member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants as a Chartered Accountant.
His exposure in various corporate industries, gain him the ability to understand and document the clients’ accounting systems and internal control. Able to identify possible problems due to lack of corroborative evidence and controls. Have exposure and practical understanding of audit process and problems involved in the auditing of a company.

Amran bin Sulaiman with more then 15 years working experience hold a Master of Science in Information Technology previosly worked with international company before he joint a local SME company being appointed as CEO responsible in busness development.
With his experience, in Caliph Management Services Sdn. Bhd. he is responsible as consultant in advicing clients and even potential clients in developing their businesses, which cover not only ordinary enterpreneur management and skils, its include also helping clients in preparing business proposal for them to get loans or grants from various agencies such as commercial bank, CGC, SME Bank, SME Corps, MOSTI, MDEC, Matrade and MARA.
